This automation is fired when an order is created. It checks if the order was created from a pre-defined channel, and if the condition is true, the workflow sends a custom email to the customer's email. 

This workflow is essential for stores that provide customized sales channels and send out a follow-up email based on this. Using this automation, the team will automatically get a notification. 

Pro tip: To get accurate results from the workflow, the sales channel unique identifier must be added to the workflow condition.
