Send An Email To The Shipping Team When A Customer Requests Quick Shipping in Shopify by Using
If you find yourself needing to contact your shipping team every time a customer asks for quick shipping, this workflow is for you. Automatically send an email to your shipping team as soon as someone requests quick shipping in their order.
You can now import the ".arigato" workflow file you downloaded into the app.
- Open the Arigato Automation app in your Shopify admin.
- Visit the "Import & Export" page within the app.
- Scroll to bottom and upload your file to import the workflow.
This automation fires as soon as an order is paid in your Shopify store. It then checks if any of the customer selected next day shipping through the order shipping lines. If the condition is met successfully, it then adds a tag to the order called "Next Day" and sends an email to the shipping team at whatever email address you set manually. The email message will have the order details such as products ordered, shipping address, and a link to the order in Shopify.
