Get An Email If Order Fulfillment Fails in Shopify by Using
Stay aware of failed fulfillments to quickly take action.
You can now import the ".arigato" workflow file you downloaded into the app.
- Open the Arigato Automation app in your Shopify admin.
- Visit the "Import & Export" page within the app.
- Scroll to bottom and upload your file to import the workflow.
This automation fires when a fulfillment event is created in your store. It then checks if the status of the fulfillment event was a failure. If the condition is correct and the fulfillment had failed, it will send an email to the Shopify store's shop email address. The email will have details about the failed fulfillment, such as the tracking company, a message from the tracking company, and a link to the order in Shopify.
This automation is useful for staying on top of failed orders so you can address the situation without creating a negative customer experience.
