Send An Email To Yourself When A Customer Refunds An Order Over $100 in Shopify by Using
Prompt yourself to get product feedback from a customer by sending yourself an email when they refund an order over $100.
You can now import the ".arigato" workflow file you downloaded into the app.
- Open the Arigato Automation app in your Shopify admin.
- Visit the "Import & Export" page within the app.
- Scroll to bottom and upload your file to import the workflow.
This automation fires when a refund is created. It checks if the refund that was created is greater than $100. If the condition has been met, It adds a tag called "Has High Refund Order" to the customer that returned the item. It then sends an email to the store's email address with the details of the refund and a prompt to contact the customer to receive feedback on the product that they purchased. Lastly, it adds a tag to the order itself in Shopify called "High Refund Order".
This workflow is perfect prompting product feedback as soon as something goes wrong with a large order.
