If An Order Is Still Unfulfilled After 2 Days, Email Me in Shopify by Using
You can now import the ".arigato" workflow file you downloaded into the app.
- Open the Arigato Automation app in your Shopify admin.
- Visit the "Import & Export" page within the app.
- Scroll to bottom and upload your file to import the workflow.
This example workflow fires 2 days after an order is created. It then checks to see what the order fulfillment status is. If no items in the order have been fulfilled, it sends an email to the shop email address. You can adjust the conditions to check if the entire order hasn't been fulfilled, or other criteria. The email itself is also completely configurable.
