Email Inactive Customers in Shopify by Using
Encourage customer retention by implementing this workflow, designed to bring customers back to your store after a prolonged period since their last purchase.
You can now import the ".arigato" workflow file you downloaded into the app.
- Open the Arigato Automation app in your Shopify admin.
- Visit the "Import & Export" page within the app.
- Scroll to bottom and upload your file to import the workflow.
This example automation gets queued when a customer orders from your store. It then waits 3 months and if the customer accepts marketing, and the customer hasn't ordered from you again in the last 80 days, it sends the customer an email. The workflow is completely configurable, so you can set how long to wait, or adjust the parameters any way you see fit. The email itself is also completely customizable of course. Easily add your own conditions to suit your situation.
