You can now import the ".arigato" workflow file you downloaded into the app.
- Open the Arigato Automation app in your Shopify admin.
- Visit the "Import & Export" page within the app.
- Scroll to bottom and upload your file to import the workflow.
This automation will email the order status URL to the customer once the order has been edited to include an upsell product. It sends an order status link to the customer, enabling them to pay the balance easily.
This workflow facilitates the payment follow-up process with upsell products by eliminating the manual processing of emailing the customer individually every time an upsell product is added.
