You can now import the ".arigato" workflow file you downloaded into the app.
- Open the Arigato Automation app in your Shopify admin.
- Visit the "Import & Export" page within the app.
- Scroll to bottom and upload your file to import the workflow.
This workflow is fired when an order is created, checks if the billing address matches the shipping address. If the two addresses do not match, the automation cancels the order and notifies the customer via email. Once notified the automation tags the order with "Possible fraud"
This automation is an easy way to enforce the customer must match their billing address control and prevent possible fraud.
