Ask Customer For A Review After Their Order Has Been Delivered in Shopify by Using
This lightweight marketing automation is ideal if you'd like to reach out to your customer to ask for a review after their order has been delivered.
You can now import the ".arigato" workflow file you downloaded into the app.
- Open the Arigato Automation app in your Shopify admin.
- Visit the "Import & Export" page within the app.
- Scroll to bottom and upload your file to import the workflow.
This workflow fires when an order is fulfilled. It checks to see if the Shipment Status is set to Delivered for all fulfillments. If so, it waits 2 days, then checks if you have the customer's email address and if the customer accepts marketing. If all the conditions are true, it will then send an email to the email address on the order.
This automation is configurable, so you can decide if you want to add the wait/delay, or if you want to check for other criteria first. The email itself is, of course, also completely configurable.
