If A Pick Up Order Is Still Unfulfilled After 1 Week, Email The Customer in Shopify by Using
This automation will send out an email to the client if their pickup order is still not marked as fulfilled within a week.
You can now import the ".arigato" workflow file you downloaded into the app.
- Open the Arigato Automation app in your Shopify admin.
- Visit the "Import & Export" page within the app.
- Scroll to bottom and upload your file to import the workflow.
The workflow is fired when an order is paid, and if it's a pickup order, it waits for 7 days, then checks back to see if the order is fulfilled. If the order is still unfulfilled, the automation sends out a follow-up email notifying the customer about their order.
This automation provides an easy way to keep track of pickup orders as customers may miss the collection alert leaving the order unfulfilled.
