Text A Discount Code To A Customer After They Have Placed Two Orders in Shopify by Using
Treat your repeat customers to a discount code to keep them engaged and coming back to your Shopify store.
You can now import the ".arigato" workflow file you downloaded into the app.
- Open the Arigato Automation app in your Shopify admin.
- Visit the "Import & Export" page within the app.
- Scroll to bottom and upload your file to import the workflow.
This clever workflow fires when an order is paid. First, it checks if the customer has placed 2 or more orders. It then checks that the customer accepts marketing. Then, it checks to see if the customer has already received this message. Lastly, it checks to make sure the customer provided their phone number. If all the conditions are met, it sends a text message to the customer's phone number on file and sets a metafield value on the customer to indicate the customer does not need to get this text message again. The exact message you send is entirely configurable. Messages are sent via our Twillo account. Alternatively, you can change the action to use your own Twillo account to reduce the number of actions used per message within the Arigato Automation app.
