Send An Sms Message To Customer 6 Months After Purchasing A Particular Product in Shopify by Using Arigato Automation

Get customers to come back for service on their products after 6 months by sending them an SMS message through Twilio.

You can now import the ".arigato" workflow file you downloaded into the app.

  1. Open the Arigato Automation app in your Shopify admin.
  2. Visit the "Import & Export" page within the app.
  3. Scroll to bottom and upload your file to import the workflow.

This automation fires when an order gets paid in your store. It then checks if the customer ordered a specific product in your Shopify store. After that, it sets a delay to run the action in 6 months. As soon as the 6-month delay is over, it will send a text message to the phone number attached to the order information with the message "Please schedule your 6-month service for your product." You can change this message to anything you'd like.

This workflow is great for when your products require service after a certain amount of time, or if you need to contact your customer for any reason after 6 months after your product ships to them.
