This automation fires when a customer is updated. It checks if the customer has a special tag, if the customer has been sent the message already, and if the customer's email address is available. If all the conditions are met, the workflow sends an email of your choice and sets a tag on the customer so that the customer doesn't keep getting emailed every time their account is updated.

This workflow is perfect for retaining customers when things go wrong or for any reason you choose. Just add the tag and take that to-do list item off your list.
