Set a product metafield value

Bulk delete metafields in Shopify by using Arigato Automation

Wipe unnecessary metafield values for a clutter-free database.

This workflow fires in a batch (or on a schedule). It then scans all the metafields on the product or other Shopify item that you specify in your batch, and checks if they are not empty.

If they are not empty and have value in them, it sets that metafield value to empty, essentially deleting the value from the metafield. This workflow is helpful if you have many metafield values across multiple products that you want to completely wipe from your Shopify store.

This same methodology could be applied to setting default values for a group of metafields as well.
