Text a discount code to a customer 30 days after first order in Shopify by using Arigato Automation
Use text messages to encourage customer engagement and repeat orders after a specific time.
This automation fires when an order gets paid in your Shopify store. It then checks if the customer on the order accepts marketing, if they have their phone number listed, and if they haven't previously been sent the discount code. If all the conditions are true, the workflow delays for 1 month before sending a message with a discount code to the customer's phone number. Then, to make sure they don't get another message when they place their next order, it sets a database value that the workflow will check for each time they place an order.
This workflow is great for getting customers to return to your store after their first order.
