You can now import the ".arigato" workflow file you downloaded into the app.
- Open the Arigato Automation app in your Shopify admin.
- Visit the "Import & Export" page within the app.
- Scroll to bottom and upload your file to import the workflow.
This workflow is fired when an order is paid; it checks for existing tags and replaces them with new tags based on the previously existing ones.
This workflow works best for merchants who maintain separate tags for each order depending on the order's current state. For instance, if the order has the tag "invite" once the order is paid, the tag is replaced with the "member."
Pro tip: For accurate results from the workflow, the initial tags must exist when the order is paid.
