You can now import the ".arigato" workflow file you downloaded into the app.
- Open the Arigato Automation app in your Shopify admin.
- Visit the "Import & Export" page within the app.
- Scroll to bottom and upload your file to import the workflow.
This automation is fired every time an order is placed. The automation loops through all the line items and checks for any tags linked to the products then tags the customer with the product tag.
For stores selling customizable customer-driven products such as subscriptions, this workflow can easily segment the customers based on what they purchase. For example, if a customer purchases a product tagged as "gold member", the customer would also be tagged as a "gold member."
