You can now import the ".arigato" workflow file you downloaded into the app.
- Open the Arigato Automation app in your Shopify admin.
- Visit the "Import & Export" page within the app.
- Scroll to bottom and upload your file to import the workflow.
This automation is fired every time a product is sold. It checks the inventory level. If the product runs out of stock after a pre-defined date, it sets the inventory policy to deny, preventing customers from buying this product further. This can also be adjusted to use the level of back-ordered quantities.
This workflow is essential in controlling seasonal products that can only be back ordered up to a certain date. This is driven by certain stocking principles per stock, such as re-stocking deadlines and order processing time.
