Send A Dispute (Chargeback) Reminder Report in Shopify by Using
Sends a report of open disputes (chargebacks) that require a response.
You can now import the ".arigato" workflow file you downloaded into the app.
- Open the Arigato Automation app in your Shopify admin.
- Visit the "Import & Export" page within the app.
- Scroll to bottom and upload your file to import the workflow.
This workflow runs on a schedule of your choosing. By default, the workflow will send the report email to the store's email address, if disputed Shopify payments exist and need a response from the store.
The email comes with the disputed order number, the customer's name and email address, along with the disputed amount by default. Customization is not required but can be done easily.
