Maintain A List Of Order Fulfillment Quantities On Google Sheet in Shopify by Using Arigato Automation
This workflows exports a list of order line items and their fulfillable quantities. When the order is fulfilled, it adjusts the quantities to reflect, the remaining unfulilled quantities.

You can now import the ".arigato" workflow file you downloaded into the app.
- Open the Arigato Automation app in your Shopify admin.
- Visit the "Import & Export" page within the app.
- Scroll to bottom and upload your file to import the workflow.
This automation is fired every time an order is created. It exports the order along with the line items and the fulfillable quantity to a Google Sheet for created orders. For updated orders, the workflow updates the Google sheet record with the updated details and the fulfillable current amounts.
Pro tip: Since the workflow updates the google sheet with fulfillable quantity, the quantities will be updated to zero once the order is fulfilled.
