You can now import the ".arigato" workflow file you downloaded into the app.
- Open the Arigato Automation app in your Shopify admin.
- Visit the "Import & Export" page within the app.
- Scroll to bottom and upload your file to import the workflow.
This automation is fired every time an order is placed, creates a Klaviyo event, and sends order-related data to the event. With the event, it's possible to include additional custom event attributes such as items purchased and customer-related information such as the number of orders placed.
With the events all exported in Klaviyo, the marketing team can easily segment the customers and events to identify trending behaviors and market segments of interest.
