Inventory Item Update Tracking in Shopify by Using
This automation exports all your inventory movements transaction to Google sheet
You can now import the ".arigato" workflow file you downloaded into the app.
- Open the Arigato Automation app in your Shopify admin.
- Visit the "Import & Export" page within the app.
- Scroll to bottom and upload your file to import the workflow.
This automation is fired every time an inventory item is updated, and the stock levels change. This includes a sale, transfer, or restock movement. The information exported to the google sheet includes the inventory item ID, the variant's title, SKU, inventory policy, the date, and the total inventory quantity available.
With this automation, you can maintain an audit log of all the changes done to the inventory item overtime.
