Email Customer 1, 3, And 5 Days After Purchase in Shopify by Using Arigato Automation

You can now import the ".arigato" workflow file you downloaded into the app.
- Open the Arigato Automation app in your Shopify admin.
- Visit the "Import & Export" page within the app.
- Scroll to bottom and upload your file to import the workflow.
This automation is fired every time an order is created; it sends a follow-up email to the client notifying them of their purchase and assurance that the order is being processed.
The workflow then checks after 3 days and if the order does not have a tracking number, sends another follow-up. Finally, after 5 days, if the orders still do not have a tracking number, sends a final follow-up email. Each email is independently customizable and can be adjusted to contain the specific order status details providing the customer with an update.
The marketing and warehousing team commonly uses this automation to creating confidence and assurance in their customer that their order is being actively processed.
