Draft Order Follow Up Emails in Shopify by Using Arigato Automation
This automation will send a follow-up email to the customer if you issue them with a quotation, and they don't confirm the invoice within 4 days. If they have not confirmed the quote in 10 days, the application will send another reminder.

You can now import the ".arigato" workflow file you downloaded into the app.
- Open the Arigato Automation app in your Shopify admin.
- Visit the "Import & Export" page within the app.
- Scroll to bottom and upload your file to import the workflow.
The automation is fired up when you create a quotation for a customer. The app will wait for four days and check if the order has been converted into a sales invoice. If the quote is still pending, the automation will send a reminder to the customer with a link to the invoice confirmation. The automation then checks back after ten days to see if the order is still open and sends another reminder.
With this automation, you can customize each reminder email notification and even adjust the duration in which the workflow takes before sending the next reminder. You can also extend the workflow to cancel the draft order if it's still open after a specified duration and once all the notifications have been sent.
This example can be used by store owners and sales teams to automate follow-ups on quotations and custom validity periods for issued quotes.
Pro Tips: When implementing this customization, modify the contents of the emails to ensure that they are best tailored for your clients.
